OUR NEW BEGINNING
We have moved our congregation to a new location. It was a former wine and spirits store--yes, we love the irony. It is clearly a non-traditional religious space. It is a little rough and needs work. But then, that is what makes it so good. We can mold the space to suit our mission. In fact, we are restarting our congregation. We are re-molding ourselves, as well. Our space is open and flexible. And so are we.
We might be just what you are looking for. We are a welcoming community. We invite the participation of ALL who seek to grow in, experience and explore the meaning of faith in Christ. We are at a stage of development where our exact future is yet to be determined. Would you like to help influence our path? Contact us or, better yet, come and visit. We need you--and maybe, you might need us. Let's get together.
We invite and welcome all people to participate in the life of our congregation.
We carry to the world the offer of grace and relationship with God, through Jesus Christ. As United Methodists, we support the connectional system of our denomination, sharing our resources in mission and ministry for those in need. As a congregation located in the town of Swissvale, we strive to be a visible and active participant for the benefit of our community. We pray that the Holy Spirit might guide and uphold us.
